INSYRES ServiceDesk automatic system is an efficient service automation solution.

The system affords the office staff to draw up various requests and control their fulfilment from their office via the simple and convenient system interface. The requests covered are as follows:

  • operating works (office cleaning, air conditioner and lock breakdown, electric bulb replacement etc.);
  • conference room reservation;
  • vehicle order;
  • stationery order;
  • and many others.
The request form is filled in by the customer and sent to the dispatcher, who appoints the person in charge and controls its performance. The request having been fulfilled, the corresponding notification is sent to the customer.

This request system is very convenient to the customer: there are automatic request registration and fulfilment notifications, as well as fulfilment quality comment / claim option. The system also provides a web-form request control and registration option.

All claims are inspected and dealt with by the system users authorised (dispatchers and senior maintenance staff).
